Delphi Litigation Strategies is comprised of a group of partners with social science backgrounds in Communication, Psychology, and Decision-Making who seek to offer an alternative approach to traditional jury consulting. The “Delphi” research method is a well-known social science research method designed to draw upon a panel of experts in separate fields, such as Communication, Psychology, and Law. These experts consist of a “Delphi” who jointly work to solve a specific problem or answer a particular question. The “Delphi” method believes shared professional perspectives achieve superior answers, and innovative approaches lead to improved insight.
