Announcing Texas’ Highest Court: Delphi Litigation Strategies is pleased to announce completion of the company’s judge’s bench and witness box for witness training, mock trials, private trials, arbitrations, and appellate arguments. The concept was developed after clients and witnesses throughout the country repeatedly expressed their desire to practice courtroom testimony in a realistic courtroom. To meet the demand of clients and witnesses, Delphi developed a setup which could be easily assembled, disassembled, and shipped throughout the country. Realistic simulation provides witnesses with an incomparable opportunity to experience, and thus cope with, the stress and intimidation of challenging courtroom testimony.

Trial Configuration

Designed for witness training both locally and throughout the country, Delphi’s judge’s bench and witness box can be easily moved to the trial venue to prepare witnesses in high stakes cases or when there are a large number of witnesses who will be testifying.

Arbitration or Appellate Moot Court Configuration

Having observed more than 300 Supreme Court Oral Arguments and Author of Rhetoric and Discourse in Supreme Court Oral Arguments (Routledge 2013), Dr. Malphurs uses the courtroom setup to prepare advocates for appellate oral arguments and for local arbitrations. Local judges voiced their interest in using the setup for arbitrations and moot appellate arguments.
